How the dashboard decides what PFG sees
Three questions, answered in the Rules tab of the dashboard sheet. No code changes.
What
Each piece of a visit record is a field: services, photos, certificate, walkthrough, site condition, time on site, crew name, store requests, documents, QA flags. Each field is either on or off for an audience.
When
- Immediately — the moment the crew submits the post-service form.
- After the certificate is received — once PFG's Digital Proof Certificate lands in the log.
- After office review — once someone in the office ticks “Reviewed”.
- In the Monday digest — held until the weekly summary goes out.
- Never — internal only.
Who
Each PFG contact gets a private link tied to an audience. Head office sees the whole program; a regional manager sees their stores; a store manager sees only their store's visits. Always Clean sees everything, plus what is still being held and why.
Try it: switch “Viewing as” at the top, then change a rule in the panel. Set Before / after photos to “After office review” and tick “Reviewed” on a visit in the Always Clean view to release it.
How it goes live
Same pattern as the partnership portal: a Google Sheet, a small Apps Script, a page on our domain
Pre-service, photo and post-service forms on the phone, as today. Nothing changes for the field.
Visits sync from the crews' PFG Visits sheet every 15 minutes. Shawn and Dylan edit Program, Highlights, Rules and Contacts.
Serves one feed per private link, applying the rules for that audience and scope. The certificate log and the office “Reviewed” tick are the release triggers.
This page, hosted on Netlify like the partnership site. Each PFG contact opens it with a private link; the page only ever receives the feed for their audience.
Next: Apps Script emails PFG a one-page summary each Monday at 7 a.m. with a link back here.
